Velze Formadill Debuts As Roggeveen's Tag Partner
Nederland native and two-time Lethal League Up-and-Comer Tournament grand finalist Velze Formadill makes his debut at tonight's stream. He'll join forces with Adam Roggeveen to take the tag-team division head on. Formadill brings a technical offensive style to the table to wear down his opponents, mixed with a repertoire of high-flying maneuvers to put people down for the three count.
Velze has said nothing yet about his plans of being a singles competitor.
The man he's teamed with, Adam Roggeveen, is one of the many FLPW wrestlers that have been lost in the shuffle behind the more featured stars. He's been chasing the Canadian championship for a while now without too much success, but it's easy to forget that he's a competent fighter when he's consistently booked against difficult opponents. Maybe his tenure in the Doubles division will allow him to have his time to shine, but with the division as crowded and skilled as it is, there's a lot of work ahead of both him and Velze.
After the remarkable debut of Joshua Ferguson (who is now approaching his second title shot in two weeks!), as well Sammy Zaslanslamar (who potentially might become the number one contender to the Canadian title tonight), here's hoping this is another successful debut.
